The Core hosted community-focused workshops and motivation talks led by acclaimed wellness speakers and personalities, as well as live music experiences. Surrounded by nature and inspiring creativity at the Five Senses Sanctuary, the Glass House hosted art therapy workshops, pottery classes from Madrasat AdDeera and other art and handicraft workshops. Drum circles and handpan workshops allowed music to ring through the Five Senses Sanctuary. This invigorating outdoor space was for our more dynamic classes, like ecstatic dance, aerial yoga, animal flow and mobility fitness. This space was also dedicated to the "Ladies Only" classes, offered once a day on weekends. This dedicated indoor space created an intimate setting for select classes led by our influential roster of wellness practitioners.
